Shipping

We ship all over Cyprus to your local Cyprus Post Service Point.

Once your order is placed, it will be delivered in 1-2 days to your local Cyprus Post office.
For personal pick-ups, please contact us via phone +357 99977559 to arrange the place and time of pick up in Limassol.

Your order can be delivered only to your local Cyprus Post service point.
Delivery to your door is available only for Limassol customers and in case of large orders. For specific arrangements, please contact us via phone +357 99977559.

Your order will be shipped by Cyprus PostExpress Local Courier Service to the nearest service point in your area. Cyprus Post has 60 service points and 82 rural communities all over Cyprus.
Same or next day delivery available depending on the time the order is placed.

Once the product has arrived to your local service point, you will receive SMS notification with the address of the pick up.

Cancellations & Returns

For any reason you can cancel any order in 14 days from the day you received your order only by sending a written notification with your order details to our email wowpresentcyprus@gmail.com requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your order details .

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

· Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately.

· Signing for goods means that you accept the products into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Make a deposit or transfer your total order amount to EUROBANK CYPRUS LTD in the account 200100290187 FLASHFIRE TRADE LTD. Please, do not forget to state your order number.

CASH
Another way to purchase goods from our website is through Cash on delivery option via Cyprus Post Express Delivery Service.
You can pay cash when you pick up the product at your local Cyprus Post Express Delivery service point. This option is charged extra 2.50 eur
